Blue-Con Construction partnered with Cooper Construction to complete the civil works for the Grand River Business Park located in Kitchener, Ontario. A building spanning over 363,000 SF. This project featured site servicing, earthworks, and a large stormwater management pond located at the back of the property.

In 2023, Blue-Con Construction partnered with Sierra Construction on the Woodstock Soprema project. This job involved a full civil package, including site prep, earthworks, and servicing. To optimize costs and sustainability, Blue-Con proposed using an on-site borrow pit to reduce the need for imported fill, lowering expenses and minimizing the project's carbon footprint. Additionally, Blue-Con provided Value Engineering recommendations to the general contractor and owner, leading to a more efficient retaining wall design and further cost savings.

In 2023, Blue-Con Construction completed the 41 Ardelt Place project, which included earthworks, site servicing, and stormwater management. A key feature was the infiltration gallery, requiring a subgrade liner. Site logistics were crucial, as the work took place near existing businesses.

Blue-Con Construction partnered with Cooper Construction to complete extensive civil works for the 40-acre LEED Silver-certified site development at 7475 McLean Road East. The project involved the demolition of existing underground infrastructure and the re-engineering of approximately 510,000m³ of sub-base material to support two 419,250 square foot buildings. Site servicing included the installation of over 2.5 km of storm, sanitary, and watermain infrastructure. Additionally, more than 215,000 metric tonnes of imported granular material—equating to approximately 10,000 truckloads—was placed to support the site’s construction requirements.
