In Memory of Joe Haasen
1955 - 2023
Blue-Con Construction wouldn’t be what it is today without Joe Haasen. Starting in 1977 as a field worker, Joe rose to co-own and lead the business, shaping its identity with his expertise, determination, and sharp instincts. His hands-on approach and drive for excellence left an enduring mark on the company and the construction industry.
Joe’s influence went beyond projects; he invested in the growth and success of those around him. Contractors and colleagues valued his honest advice and trusted his unmatched knowledge.
Above all, Joe was a family man. Known for his humour, wisdom, and love for his children, grandchildren, and wife Anita, he brought joy to every gathering. His legacy of dedication, integrity, and leadership continues to inspire Blue-Con and everyone fortunate enough to have known him.
