Our projects have ranged from complete site servicing at the Magna, Cami and both Toyota plants to the clean-up of PCB's from Pottersburg Creek. We have performed numerous large municipal projects for The City of London including the reconstruction of Colborne STREET, Wellington Street, Adelaide Street and Oxford Street. bLUE-CON HAS ALSO BEEN INVOLVED IN MULTIPLE P-3 PROJECTS IN THE LONDON REGION, INCLUDING ST. THOMAS CONSOLIDATED COURTHOUSE, ST. THOMAS RMHC, LONDON RMHC, AND VARIOUS PHASES OF ST. JOSEPH'S HOSPITAL UPDATING.

colborne street reconstruction
One of the major City of London projects in 2015, this road reconstruction included a full servicing remove and replace, major landscape improvements. Full block-to-block shut downs were required, and depths of over 9m overcome to deliver this project on time and budget.
Goodlife fitness head office
Located in London, ON and under the construction management of McKay-Cocker, Blue-Con Construction was responsible for both the site works and building excavation packages. Project included site clearing, cut to fill, building excavation and backfill, site servicing and tie-into City infrastructure, parking lot construction, and various improvements to the surrounding property.
K2 WIND PROJECT REMEDIATION - 500KV SUBSTATION
Located near Dungannon, ON and part of the Black and MacDonald renewable energy project team, Blue-Con Construction was responsible for a variety of site works, excavation and backfill for foundations, road construction and remediation, ongoing maintenance of sites, supply and removal of laydown areas, and other incidentals required on a project of this scale.
TEAM TRUCKing Center
Located in Cambridge, ON and part of the Ball Construction project team, Blue-Con Construction was responsible for site clearing, a large cut and exportation of native soil, erosion control, building excavation and backfill, and site servicing including tie-ins to City infrastructure.
Ingersoll Subdivision
Located in Ingersoll, ON and administrated by Stantec, this full development package included erosion control assemblies, site servicing and stubs to lots, tie-ins to Municipal infrastructure, and the construction of roads complete with curb and asphalt packages.
summerside phase 12b - earthworks
Located in London, ON this project involved earthworks to establish the required erosion control, site clearing, cut and fill to create pre-grading plan, and the decommissioning of multiple wells.
