It is the policy of Blue-Con Inc. that no job is so important that it cannot be done safely. Blue-Con Inc. makes every reasonable effort to ensure the health and safety of our workers and our clients are protected at all times.
To ensure that Blue-Con Inc. implements are Health and Safety program;
- Regular sessions are held on all aspects of safety. Referred to as “ ToolBox Safety Talks” the topics covered range from equipment management, utility locates, confined space, guidelines for excavating to trench situations and dangerous materials handling. A qualified safety association personal is retained to teach these courses.
- All employees are trained for WHMIS each year.
- Blue-Con Inc. is a proud member of the Construction Safety Association of Ontario.
- Blue-Con Inc. enforces responsibilities for keeping work and access areas clean at all times on each jobsite.
- All Management and Foreman have St. Johns Ambulance First Aid training.
